At Mosh Mosh Fashion, we want every pair that reaches your feet to be perfect. That’s why we have a clear and fair exchange policy. Please read the conditions carefully before making your purchase.
01 — Exchange Request Window
You have 15 calendar days from the delivery date to request an exchange. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
02 — Product Conditions
– The footwear must be returned in the same condition it was shipped, including its original box, bag, and all original packaging.
– We recommend trying the shoes on carpet only to protect the sole.
– Exchanges are not accepted due to misuse, floor wear, or damage caused during dancing.
– Tango shoes are designed exclusively for dance floors. Wear from dancing or marked soles does not qualify as grounds for an exchange.
03 — Size or Model Exchange
Exchanges are processed for a different size or model, subject to stock availability at the time of the request.
04 — Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Mosh Mosh Fashion covers shipping only in cases of our error or verified manufacturing defects.
05 — Refunds
We do not offer monetary refunds. All exchanges are resolved with an alternative product or a different size.
